Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Waylen uses, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. Who controls your information
The data controller is Iris Harbor Sp z oo, which operates Waylen from Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego ul. 63 lok. 9, 41-902 Bytom, Poland. For privacy questions or requests, email[email protected]or call+48 733 855 863.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- your first name, email address and consent choice when you join the early-access list;
- your name, email address and message when you send a question;
- booking details you provide through Cal.eu, such as your name, contact details, chosen time and meeting information;
- information you choose to provide during a consultation or when receiving a Waylen service; and
- limited technical and security information, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, processed by our hosting and anti-abuse services.
3. Why we use it
4. Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to operate the website and communications. These currently include Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile verification and the private database that stores website submissions; Brevo for email delivery and early-access contacts; and Cal.eu for consultation scheduling. Access to the submission database is restricted to authorised Waylen administrators. These providers process information under their own safeguards and contractual obligations. We may also share information where required by law or when necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
5. How long we keep information
- Early-access details are kept until you unsubscribe, the purpose of the list ends, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
- General enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after our last contact.
- Service and transaction records are kept for the period required by Polish accounting, tax and legal rules.
- Security logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect the website.
We may retain limited information for longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute or record an unsubscribe request.
6. Cookies and local preferences
The website stores your light or dark theme choice on your device and may remember whether you dismissed an on-site prompt. Cloudflare and Cal.eu may use necessary technologies for security, booking and service operation. When you open the booking calendar, Cal.eu’s privacy information also applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, provide a portable copy, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Marketing emails also include an unsubscribe option.
To exercise a right, email[email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or the data-protection authority in your country.
8. Automated decisions
Waylen does not use the information collected through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Security and updates
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through a general enquiry form. We may update this policy when our services or providers change, and the revision date above will be updated.
10. Contact
